Colour Experience Group at the 18th Swiss Psychological Society Conference in Crans-Montana!
We are happy to share that members of the Colour Experience Group have recently participated in the 18th Swiss Psychological Society conference taking place in the beautiful village of Crans-Montana.
Dr Domicele Jonauskaite organised a symposium on cross-cultural research in Psychology during which she presented research on cross-cultural colour-emotion associations. Two other talks were given by Maël Theubet, who discussed data harmonisation for surveys in different languages, and Dr Nimrod Levin, who talked about translations of questionnaires that go beyond language.
Finally, Anastazja Adamczyk gave a short talk presenting the research on colour-emotion associations in the context of art. It was also a great opportunity for the new member of our team, Myriam Ouznadji, to attend her first conference as a PhD student and gather ideas for her own research project.
We would like to thank Uni Distance for excellent organisation of these three days, and are looking forward to future meetings of the Swiss Psychological Society in the future!
