Anastazja Adamczyk presented the article by Harashima, Yokosawa, & Asano (2025), Categorical tonality perception modulates crossmodal correspondences between musical chords and colors, during a weekly meeting of the Intermural Colour Club. The journal club is organised by Prof. Christoph Witzel from University of Southampton (Southampton, UK) and Ilgin Cebioglu from Newcastle University (Newcastle, UK) and is an excellent opportunity for the colour research community to discuss the recent advancments of studies within the field.

It was a great pleasure to present this study, and to initiate an engaging discussion on crossmodal correspondences, their nature, origins, and relationship with emotion.
